Where can I claim a French Lotto prize?
Prizes up to 300 euros are paid in cash at an FDJ point of sale. Prizes from 301 to 30,000 euros are paid at an FDJ point of sale by bank transfer. Bank transfers take 2 to 5 business days to be credited after payment.
Prizes from 30,001 to 499,999 euros need an appointment at an FDJ payment centre. Prizes of 500,000 euros or more go through FDJ customer service.

How long do I have to claim a French Lotto prize?
Draw game prizes must be claimed within 60 days of the last draw or event on the receipt. A valid photo ID must be presented for any prize of 2,000 euros or more.

What happens when nobody wins the French Lotto jackpot?
If the jackpot is not won on the draw day, it increases by 1 million euros. The top rank also has a guaranteed minimum of 2 million euros.
