France Keno prizes up to 300 euros are paid at any FDJ retail point of sale with the game receipt. Prizes from 301 to 30,000 euros are paid by bank transfer on request at retail.
Prizes over 30,000 euros are claimed at an FDJ payment centre. Online winnings are credited automatically to the FDJ player account.

How long do I have to claim a France Keno prize?
